* 2-3 sticks of celery, cubed

* 2 apples, peeled and cubed walnuts, chopped

* 1 lettuce, washed and dried juice of 1 lemon

* 5-6 tablespoons of mayonnaise

* salt and freshly ground pepper


Mix the chopped apples and celery together in a bowl pour over the lemon juice and season, leave for a few minutes just before serving mix in the mayonnaise and some of the chopped Walnuts arrange some lettuce leaves on a plate place the apple, celery and walnut mixture in the centre sprinkle with more walnuts and serve.
