Growing Tomatoes in a Grow Bag

Grow Bags are a perfect way to grow tomatoes, Aubergines, Chillies and Cucumbers on sunny patios balconies, as well as in a greenhouse.

This is what to do:

Loosen the compost in the bag shaking it like a pillow.

Shape the bag making sure the compost is evenly spread.

Pierce the base of the bag for drainage then cut out the pre-marked planting holes.

Scoop out compost from each hole leaving the hole big enough for the root ball of your plant. Put a plant in each hole and refill around it with the compost that you just took out. The top of the root ball should just be below the top of the bag.

Water well and label.

All you have to do now is to water regularly, tie plants loosely to canes and wait for your tomatoes or other Veg to grow.
